where do i have to look to get a nl2br command for the text field?

i can use the n2lbr modifier as {$text|nl2br}.

i want to use field type text and want to control the output with the templates. nevertheless should the editors be able to format at some paragraphs or linebreaks. where do i have to look to get a nl2br command for the text field? thanks thomas |
