    I've been using photoshare for while and not had any problems with it. However, when some users asked me to increase the upload size for individual images, i did so from the admin section but nothing seems to have been changed. Do i need to edit any files manually?

    Even though the maximum upload size in the box seems to be the one i want, at the top of the page it still states a 2mb maximum upload for individual files.

    Where am i going wrong? Please help

    The 2Mb maximum is imposed by the php.ini file. You can only set something smaller than that from within Photoshare.
