First of all Thank you for your GREAT module. It really is plug 'n play.

Well here's my wishlist of some features you might consider adding :

    1) admin approval of new submitted albums
    2) option for nested display (or just display) of main-albums and subalbums on "main page" (view all albums)
    3) make the first page "template-able". it would be nice if you can template the view all albums as well. Now this is written in pnuser.php around line 2525 ....
    4) option to store the pictures in subdirectories on the webserver. (not all in the same directory) For example: ....photoshare_images/album1/thumbs and ....photoshare_images/album1/pics

I saw someone making a remark for comments with each picture. An easy way to do this might be with EZComments ( a hook which can be enabled for every module you want ). Haven't tested it though, but heard some good stories about it. Find the article here: http://mods.pos…ticle&sid=1681

Again great work. I will also be working on a dutch translation for your module although I'm currently swamped with work... ;)

    1) Idea is good enough, but I suppose you wan't approval of the images themself - otherwise the users will be able to add "Nice looking album", get it approved and then start adding "Bad looking images". The idea is on the list but very low prioritized.

    2) Nested display will come in some sort during the next two releases.

    3) What's the different between "First page" and "the view albums"(page)? But I do agree - templating would be rather nice here.

    4) Why?

Comments will be available in a future release. I'm expecting to do it using hooks, but since the presentation templates are heavily JavaScript depended they do not really fit into the normal hooks directory, so I'll probably have to do it myself.

that's exactly what I meant to explain. Nice to hear it's on the list.

    4) Why?.

You can use it to Batch import pictures . (you just upload the pictures in respective directories and let a script batch import them into the database. ). It was a little late here last night so I wasn't at my best explaining things
(for myself, I've got a standalone http://www.4homepages.de (the 4images-photogallery) installed on my site with about 400 pictures and want to step over to postnuke using photoshare.

I'm looking forward to the new release. Thank you for your time and efforts.

    4) Have just implemented zip upload which means you can zip you whole directory structure into a single archive and then upload it and get the structure reestablished.

Next step is to import a whole directory structure as you explain it - should be relatively simple now.

Which makes me think ... now that I can import a whole directory structure, why no be able to export too. Hmm..

Wow it's amazing how fast you are :) . Excellent job. You can develop faster than I can think of new features....
