Just downloaded photoshare-4.1.0-beta1 and I see that the new style called stylish (the old ones are gallery, slideshow and thumbnails) uses a template (it simply includes it in the template.php and uses pnRender.
Very nice - this is also how the stylish template can show the extra fields (new in this version).
I was wondering if the other templates has been converted to templates too (ie. in CVS f.ex.)? it doesn't seem to be that difficult - I am considering doing this myself for atleast some of the templates - but I'd like my changes to be added to the photoshare source then - so I don't have to maintain it across versions :)
p.s. I also noticed that jorn didn't include my patch to enable the addition of &tid=<number> to the URL to only show albums belonging to a certain topic :( - it's very small so I guess I'll just patch it in again - until it gets released for everyone to use :) - if anyone wants I can release the patch on my contrib.virkpaanettet.dk
p.p.s I'd do it by simply copying the stylish template - and creating a new template to match how it looked before, when it was not done in actual templates.

Hi Klavs,
I was wondering if you (or perhaps somebody else) has created a pnRender version of the Thumbnails template. I'd like to include some extra field information next to a vertical listing of thumbnails. I'm not sure how to do this with the stock Thumbnails template and, besides, prefer working with pnRender .htm templates anyway as they are simplier for me to understand and hack.
The thumbnails, when clicked, take the user to the stylish template and all other associated textual information.
