Is there any plans to let admin choose what topics a user can use for there image galleries?

Or even better forcing users to use f.ex Topic; Members Galleries
and in that topic having subtopics that the user can choose from?

This would make a big album much cleaner and letting the admin publish a main gallery, and letting users publishing there galleries in on area. Giving the main gallery two main categories for the visitors to browse...

No such plans - sorry (although the idea is resonable enough).

Actually I think the current PostNuke topics sucks - more or less. It should at least be hierarchical and also more shareable across the different applications (that's why I chosed the news topics).

Currently it's impossible to cross reference topics between the various modules, for instance showing links or images related to the current news article.

It is my hope that Xaraya is going to solve some of these problems.

But a function inside photoshare, where you mark topics/categories (when running Xaraya :cool: ) that regular users/groups can post to would be a nice feature....

I realy need this feature to make the transiistion from Menalto Gallery, where i now got 30 000 images and it is growing every day....
