I spent a lot of time looking for a tool that could manage a sign-in for user to an event eg. lan-parties. Common tools were built for older versions of postnuke (pre 726) or for phpnuke.

Now i tried to work with pagesetter an the member link plugin available here on elfisk downloads.

Installing this plugin following the readme.txt did not lead to any errors, but clicking on the signin-button leads to the following message:

Failed to load module pagesetter (at function: "setRegisterState")

Is there anybody who can help or does some of you know another way to create signins for events?

I haven't tried it myself yet, it's somewhere on my todolist to experiment with this one.... Perhaps you can email the author --> marco.kundert(at)voegele-mode.com ?

hi chaosram. i have exactly the same problem with the memberlink plugin.

with a click on sigin a get this error:

Failed to load module pagesetter (at function: "setRegisterState")


i tried to mail the author but without success (mail delivery failure)
has anyone an idea what to do or how to fix in the code?

more info:

installation and integration of the plugin works fine. i never found other problems with the plugin until today.

aaaah - i found the problem!

chaosram - pls check the file "setRegisterState.php" in .../modules/pagesetter/pnuser/

check the capital letters! the file in the default installation is named "setregisterstate.php". if you use it on a linux or unix machine you have to change it to "setRegisterState.php"

but you will see - there are other problems. :-)
