    Jorn,

    I just wanted to congratulate you on such a job well done. As a fellow module author, I know how good it feels to get that thumbs up from time to time.

    I am in the process of building a website for my new horse business (http://eestables.com) and I have used pagesetter/photoshare/form_express to build the site. The integration of these modules has opened up a great many possibilities for the site. Furthermore, I am delighted with the flexibility of the templates and the great power you have given us. Your great documentation and consistency of methods in implementation of features makes the system easy to learn.

    Case in point is the form that displays on the "for sale" pages. I was able to use a little JS and set the default value of a select box based on a pagesetter variable. A little detail like that seems insignificant, but it makes a huge difference to the end user. The future of postnuke will be determined not only by how powerful the modules are, but by how well they can work together. Displaying a form express object inside a pagesetter document like that is a really awesome ability. I think in future postnuke sites we will see things like that done more often.

    I would like to take that integration a bit further and do something like what ebay does. A seller would be able to submit a question or comment through a form on the for sale page and I would be able to answer it and append the question/answer pair to the pagesetter document somehow. I'm still brainstorming this but I'm sure it can be done.

    Anyways, great work Jorn. Keep up the fantastic effort!

    regards,

    Lee Eason

    I agree entirely! Pagesetter is marvellous.

    If only I knew about it sooner, it would have made my life a great deal less frustrating and far more efficient.

    I have used it for a South African hospitality website which features function Venues and conference centres. In addition, service providers such as MC's, DJ's and Motivational speakers list their particular services.

    The kind of functionality that I use includes;
    - "New" icon if listed in the last seven days
    - "Popular" icon if the publication has had more than 100 hits
    - A modified workflow that mails the moderator when a new publication has been submitted, updated, rejected, approved, taken on- or offline
    - Photoshare integration
    - "if" statements that enable/disable "See more.." links
    - Displaying of authors' details from user profile (such as url)
    - "if" statements that display a red/green icon based on whether a Venue has a certain feature (such as conference facilities, internet connection, etc)

    So, thanks to Jorn, moremojo and everybody who contributes their ip (intellectual property) to help make pagesetter such a cool module.
