Don't get me wrong. photoshare is a valuable piece of software. But the theme engin is a misery  . Creating a totally different theme is a pain. I want to change the theme, but am drowning in css files in many directories. There must be a more clever way to do this.
Am I the only one that is not satisfied with the theme engine.

Agreed, it's not the best design. Didn't know Smarty when coding Photoshare.

Thanks for the quick response J?rn. Is it possible to change that in the next relaase?
I recon this will not go away overnight ;)
It will certainly improve the module quality.

Jorn,
i have spent the last few days sorting through the code and general structure and i think there is a good argument for moving photoshare over to use a similar 'pagesetter-esque' templating system. Keeping all the styles in our postnuke /themes/MyTheme/style/style.css and some simple templates smarty / HTML would be the bomb. i have spent more hours customising photoshare's look and feel than an entire postnuke theme on this current project. My team can certainly help out on this.
