'ps_extra1' error after upgrading to 4.2.0

    I just tried to upgrade from 4.0.1 to 4.2.0 but get the following error.

    Upgrade from to 4.0.2 failed: Duplicate column name 'ps_extra1' while executing: ALTER TABLE brenzef_photoshare_images ADD ps_extra1 VARCHAR(255) DEFAULT NULL AFTER ps_description

    Any ideas?

    No idea. Have tried to upgrade twice - where the first failed? Seems like parts of the database has been updated, but not all :-(
