I can't get the phtoshare gallery t work in my pagesetter editor. It tells me I do not have photoshare gallery installed, but I do. Photoshare works fine on its own but not in pagestter. Using latest stable versions of both. On L\Unic\x server with FreeDSD - not MY choice/ Have tried everything I know how to do including re-yploading both modules. This problem occurs in severalk browsers and on both my Windwos OEM as wel as my Linux OEM.,

    Please HELP!!! Thanks

I am curious why no one has replied to this request for help. I still have the same problem. Although I have done everything that the installtion instructions say - the module used to work - it still does not work. When I click the button to add a photo from phtoshare in a publication in pagesetter, I get a pop pup that say I ohave not installed photoshare, but the module IS there and I can access it from it's menu link in my members menu.

Any ideas what I am missing?

    Peace!

    Are you using autotheme?

Try switching to a xanthia theme and see if it works then.

Yes, I am using Autothemes. the theme I am currently using is only available as an authotheme. If that is the problem, I will have a very tough decision to make. I am not sure I want to give up this theme. I will see if it comes in a Xanthia version. But, to be honest with you, I much prefer using Autothemse to Xantai LOL

I'm not suggesting to switch to Xanthia, just try your website with a xanthia theme to see if photoshare then works in the editor.

If it does work when you're using a Xanthia-them then you know the problem is within your theme (or autotheme...).

I installed a Xantia theme and tried the photoshare button in the editor. The problem apparently is not the theme because it did not work in Postnuke Blue either. What should I try now? Deleting and reinstalling both modules?

A further development which may or amy not help with the photoshare problem. I have pagesetter set up as the module for the index page. I set up the PS-Static Cpntent publication and went to pagestter configuartion to change the publication. I get an error message saying that directory - no idea which one they are talking about - is not writable. It appears that I have some permission issues and not sure how to clear them up since I have no clude where the problem is.
