Hello before

i even start with PS, i have a couple of questions, i have installed it, i haven't been able to figure out yet this:

I'd like to be able to have a an article module that allows me to have something like this on the homepage: http://www.ballerstatus.net (scroll down to headline news) one lead article summary with photo and 4 to 5 articles with only clickable titles...

Also:
is it possible to have the right block apear in pagesetter?
Is it possible to limit the number of article summary on the homepage and choose which topic they are taken from in PageSetter?

As far as article template, can IT give me the ability to do this:

as far as integration of google adsense in the articles and display of Author Credits and Date Stamp etc...
