    Is it possible to get the description of the photo in the template album above the photos.
    Now its set to the right of it.
    Or with a comment option to the bottom.

    It is currently not possible to comment on images - in any way.

    If you want to move the description then you need to write your own template. Do a search for "template" - I have explained this a couple of times.
