Can it be used in conjuction with postnuke for a news/article site? Something like an online magazine or news site . Can i layout content as news and articles with categories like u have here http://www.businessdayonline.com ?

Well, if we break down that page I would say that it can be done with Pagesetter pretty easily.
Part 1. The navagation on the left. This can be done with a catagory list menu of some sort.
Part 2. Big article at the top. Each article has a bool field that you can mark it as "Big News" and you just make a block that displays the teaser for the most recent "Big News".
Part 3. 3 recent articles right with the big one can be done with a simple inline pub list.
Part 4. 2 smaller stories under the big one. Smaller view of the 2 "Big Ones" previous to the current "Big One".
Part 5. List of articles at the right. Recent Articles Block.
Part 6. By catagory recents at the botom. This may require either hard coded catagories in the template or a custome plugin, but totally doable.
That covers the main parts of the page and in all I would say that Pagesetter would be a great way to do it. The only limit you would have is your designe abilities and your grasp of "Template Mojo".
