keywords aren't working

    When i add keywords to pics and want to look at these pics via these words, there no pics which are found. What's wrong ?

    And another question:
    Is it possible to get an preview for every album (small thumbnails) like it looks via keywords ?
    So you can choose a picture you want to see and klick on it.
