I've done some modifiations locally to pgcalendar that I would like to submit back. I don't see a Patches section like there is for the main PostNuke site, should this be submitted as a bug/patch, feature request etc ?

What I needed to have was a pgcalendar block that looked more like a PostCalendar block. This patch:

    1) Gives default templates for a block style of calendar and upcomming
lists. The existing templates did not display well in a side block.

    2) Adds a block type of combined, to display a combined calendar/upcomming block, ala PostCalendar.

    3) Includes functions to provide the javascript pop-ups that PostCalendar does. This can obviously be removed from the templates.

If you don't want these functions, the patches to the existing files have no effect. They are just to support the new combined function, which essentially just makes two calls to create output for classic and upcomming. Most of the new features are in the templates and plugins.

I've put an archive file up at: http://www.westnet.com/~chris/pgcalendar-combined-patch.tar.gz

You can see this in action at http://www.resurrectionrye.com/

Looks good - nice work. You should submit your feature request to the elfisk project on sourceforge: http://sourcefo…ojects/elfisk/

I've submited it as a Feature Request under Pagesetter Calendar. I'm happy you find it useful.

    Hi,
I am interested in your patch for pgcalendar. I am trying to apply the patch but i am having no luck. I am running windows and do not have shell access to my linux web server. I tried to use multiple win32 port for the patch utility but none of them work, they all fail at some point in the execution.

Would it be possible to please send me an already patched version of the whole 3 files that need to be patch ?

either post it here in the forums or sent to my email : garoof@gmail.com

    Hi,
I am also using Windows and do not have Linux shell access. Would it be possible for me to be directed to a copy of the three patched files? I can be contacted at robbiethompson73@googlemail.com.

    Regards Robbie
