    Hi,
    I am using Pagesetter within PostNuke with great success and have placed a

    Code

    <!--[$sendThis]-->
    tag within a template to allow users to send that page to a friend. Whilst this works perfectly for logged-in users, if a non-logged in Guest clicks on the link, they are displayed the following message:

    Code

    Sorry - for security reasons you must be logged in to be able to send mails.

    Is there a way of allowing guests to send mails?

    Thanks

    Robbie

    That is an incredibly bad idea as it allows anyone to use your site to send mail to other people. Also known as spamming.

    I was so wrapped up in adding value to my site I hadn't considered that aspect of offering the Send This functionality but I see now how it could be used to send unsolicited emails. Thanks for your help.
