We have a site with a lot of photoshare pictures and folders. Now we are trying the daily snapshot of pn 0.8. There are a lot of mySQL errors coming up. I'm not a coder so I cannot say what is wrong in detail.

Is there a chance, that photoshare will run under the new Postnuke? (if not, I will run into a big trouble :-? )

Seeing as how Jorn is on the dev team for PostNuke, I'm pretty sure that it will when .8 is ready to go, or shortly there after. .8 isn't even in a beta stage yet, much less RC.

MS3 is very close to the door. pn0.8MS3 will be an untested RC (I've been told). Now it is the right time to test all needed modules on test sites.

I'm not shure that photoshare will have a future since mediashare is available. That's the reason of my request.

Oh, I read what I expected in stead of what you wrote. MS does replace PS, so PS is dead. What is wrong with MediaShare? I've migrated a couple of sites with no problems.

Have you taken this up with the PageEd developers?

Mediashare has a Photoshare import facility that allows you to keep you old Photoshare image links 8-) So you will not loose the old links.

But PagEd does of course need to support Mediashare for you to include new items in your PagEd pages.

Photoshare is not supported any more and does not have a future - neither on .8 nor .7x.
