I have been running photoshare for a long time on www.ryttartorget.se (my site) and lately on www.thenightowlclub.com (client site)

A couple of weeks ago suddenly the pictures disappeared and there are just broken image links. There is nothing in the server error logs that show why this is the case.

About the same time this happened we tightened up the security on the server. That has been reset and still broken links.

The server is running apache 2.x mysql 4.x php 5.x

photoshare is built in to MDpro. Never had any issues with it at all.

All images have apache as owner. chmod 644.
Directories chmod 777
photoshare says it can't write to the directories. Path to directories is correct.

My users are going mental. My client is absolutely livid. Me and my sysadmin have been sat here for 2 days trying just about everything apart from reinstalling the module. Something I could do on my site but not on my client's as I don't have admin rights to it.

What are we missing?
