It is not working in a windows/xampp environment. There's still missing secid when you try to edit any text. I didn't find any use of pnform in the .08 svn system modules so I can't test, if this is a basic problem of pnform...

If you want to do some debugging then look at pnuser.php(73):

    $url = pnModUrl('cotype', 'section', 'edit', array('secid' => $args['commandArgument']));

This code sends you to the edit page. You can see the "secid" set to $args['commandArgument']. Maybe this is empty - which indicates a JavaScript error in the menu (see also pnForm Wiki).

    J?rn,

sorry foe the late response. I'm very busy in another project and had not time to test cotype any further. I'll come back here soon.

    Thanks for your support

    $args['commandArgument'] is empty in pnuser.php(73).

I tried to debug a little bit...

The problem can be seen in function.pnformcontextmenuitem.php. As I see in $_POST the hiddenName field should be something like contentMenuArgumentcotypeTocMenu. But the function getParentContextMenu() returns no value. Although there is a huge array from &this->parentPlugin, after the while loop $contextMenu is empty...

    Thanks J?rn,
I'm a little bit busy at the moment and come back here in the next days. Do you know any other module that uses pnForm? Does pnFormHelp use it?

Check PN .8 Addons - "HowToPnForm"

    What's that?

Sorry for the confusion. I meant the HowToPnForm...
I will check it out at the same site, where I had the trouble with cotype and will report here.

pnForm works, but it doesn't use the popup feature, that cotype uses. Two friends have installed it (one of them is Patrick Cornelissen), but cotype didn't work on any of our systems. they got all the same error message as me.
funny but it worked on a server of my provider. the only difference so far is that this server uses php 4.4, all other test system use php 5.x.

    Hi.

    found the problem in
    trunk/PostNuke/system/pnForm/plugins/function.pnformcontextmenuitem.php

line 117, 'pnformcontextmenu' has to be 'pnFormContextMenu'

    Yeah, that did the trick!
I love this module and if there were an editor option for inserting mediashare objects, I see no reason to call it version 1 rather than a demo.

Fantastic :-) Thanks - it's been fixed in the PostNuke SVN.

The main reason is support and upgrades - I don't want to write an upgrade script for the stuff build yet.

I'm glad you like it. Mediashare support *is* on it's way.

It's a bit tricky - because a PHP 4.x insists on it being lower case (which is in fact wrong). So I'll do a case-insensive check.
