listSelector - how to use?

    hi to all.
    i'm really in trouble... i'm not able to have listCategory working...
    i've done something as:

    Code

    but it seems not to work.
    can anybody paste a listCat form so that i can look at it?

    also, can i use 2 form with filter in template?
