I have a little classifieds section set up on KamloopsCity.com and would like registered users to be able to add their own listings without approval, AND be able to delete them when they're no longer relevent.

I have the Workflow set to My Wiki
Enable editing of own pub. is checked

In the Permission I've set:
Users pagesetter:: T:: Edit

Which gives registered users the ability to create new publications and edit their own publications. When they choose delete and click Go, they get the message "You are not authorized to use this feature" and the edit page is displayed. The publication is actually deleted, but the message is a tad confusing and not really the desired result.
