Hi,

I try to use Mediashare but I have a big problem. My hoster write folders and files in chmod 700, not in 777 and it's impossible to change that.

My question : is possible to work with mediashare un chmod 700 ?

Try setting the owner to the same as the webserver

chown -R www-data (or whatever)

Please look at photoshare, i posted a thread of my problem. If you can find a solution, that's would be so nice !

The main problem laid in mediashare directory storing media. The directory have to be placed in root directory. Patch to that directory must consist server path, ie /home/pn/mediashare
