"non SGML character number 146." on w3c validator

Hi there,
After a check on w3c validator of the page : http://blog.mil…r.fr/index.php I have lot of the following error :
"non SGML character number 146."
It refers to all the apostrophes contained in all the articles edited with Pagesetter 6.3.0.0 / pn 0.7.6.4 which are considered as illegal characters.
An idea of solution?
