Feature Request: Random Image URL

It would be nice to have a URL available to us that would return a random image just like the Photoshare Random Image Block does. I would like to specify the same criteria as that block.
This would allow me to have a photoshare album per Postnuke Topic. Each time an article tied to that postnuke topic is displayed, a random image from that topics' photo album would be displayed.
