I installed PostNuke, ContentExpress before trying out pagesettor, photoshare and then later EZComments.
I imported both the News and KnowledgeBase examples. They seem to work (I can display published articles).
However when I tried to create 2 ListMenu Blocks (1 for display News and 1 for Knowledge Base) using "category" as the name to base my list field on, nothing happens. Actually I could see the 2 list blocks (with categories !) when I go to EZComments in Adminsitration -> Modules -> EZComments (only). The 2 list blocks disappear when I visit any other pages.
I tried to clear the cache from Administration -> Modules -> PnRender but it does not help. Do you know could be wrong ?

Jin-Ho

I reinstalled PostNuke with only Xanthia, pnRender, EZComment, pagesetter, and photoshare. Imported only the KnowledgeBase example. Then, I set up a list menu block with list field name = "category" and publication type = "KnowledgeBase".
Still... I can only see the block and categories in Administration -> Modules -> EZComments. All the other pages do not display the new list block. Still trying to find out what I did wrong, or did not do.

OK...
The reinstalled postnuke + pagesetter works more predictably. It seems that the list menu shows up in pagesetter's context (e.g., in Admin modules for pagesetter, EZComments, photoshare, [pagesetter], [photoshare]), and new modules only ?
I installed PNphpBB2 right after pagesetter and the new list menu appears on the left nav bar when I go into forums. But Download, Recommend Us, Member List, and all other default modules still do not display the list menu.
As mentioned before, I tried to clear the pnRender cache but nothing happens. Is this the expected behaviour for pagesetter and postnuke ?

Finally ! I was able to force the themes to use the new blocks by going to Xanthia module and then remove all the themes and re-add them.
