I have upgraded ti Version 4.01 and now get the following message when I try to upload images.

Fatal error: imagepng(): gd-png: fatal libpng error: Incompatible libpng version in application and library in /home/yesprincipal/www/modules/photoshare/pnuserapi.php on line 2090

I thought it might be GD out of date on the server, but its 2.0.12 see here http://meme.phpwebhosting.com/phphoststest.phtml

Any ideas its driving me mad, I have tried reverting to the previous version I had installed but still get the same error. Only thing I have changed is photoshare and istalled pnRender.

Please Help, im starting to pull my hair our.

Not sure what happened, but it suddently started working this morning, perhaps my ISP has changed something.

So sorted.

I am getting this exact error... any thoughts? I checked the PHP install on the server I am on and the GD stuff is enabled.

Help?

maybe (and its a long shot) but maybe the libpng they installed for the linux that runs the server is either too new or too old? maybe there is an inconsistency as how it handles png images????

check that out (dont know how and do not know what version should be up, but from time to time some hosts forget to do some things like this)...
